Packages and Pricing

Essential Package:
10hr/month - $375 CAD
$37.50/hr
  • Transaction categorization and data entry — logging up to 50 business transactions per month in your bookkeeping software
     
  • Accounts payable and receivable tracking — viewing and recording outstanding invoices and payments (up to 10 invoices/month)
     
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations — reconciling up to 2 accounts per month
     
  • Expense tracking and documentation — organizing receipts and expenses from client-provided uploads or folders (weekly check-ins)
Growth Package:
20hr/month - $750 CAD
$37.50/hr
  • Everything in the Essential package
     
  • Invoicing and billing management — creating and sending up to 15 invoices/month, with basic follow-ups
     
  • Cash flow forecasting — reviewing and updating projected income and expenses (basic spreadsheet or software-supported)
     
  • Payroll processing assistance — recording payroll transactions and updating records (does not include direct deposit or T4 prep)

  • Basic financial reporting — monthly snapshot including profit/loss, income vs. expense, and outstanding balances​
Premium Package:
40hr/month - $1,400 CAD
$35.00/hr
  • Everything in the Growth package
     
  • Monthly financial statement preparation — assembling structured reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for review or accountant use
     
  • Profit and loss analysis — identifying trends and offering observations (up to 2 reports/month)
     
  • Budgeting and forecasting — working collaboratively to build or refine monthly or quarterly budgets

  • Tax preparation assistance — organizing financial documentation for tax season and providing summaries to your accountant

  • Audit-ready bookkeeping — ensuring clear, organized records with a focus on documentation and compliance for review or audit purposes
