10hr/month - $325 CAD

  • Data entry and document formatting — simple spreadsheets, reports, or client docs (up to 5 tasks/month)
     
  • Basic customer support — forwarding inquiries, responding to FAQs (does not include client phone support)
     
  • Light research and reporting — up to 2 short research requests/month with summary-style delivery
     
Growth Package:
20hr/month - $650 CAD
$32.50/hr
  • Everything in the Essential package
     
  • Workflow and process optimization — up to 2 internal processes reviewed and documented monthly
     
  • CRM management — updating contact records, logging interactions, and managing follow-ups (up to 2 hours/week)
     
  • Supplier and vendor coordination — handling communication and basic ordering (up to 3 vendors)

  • Invoice and payment tracking (non-bookkeeping) — organizing outgoing invoices and sending reminders (up to 10/month)

  • Document organization — maintaining folder structures in Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive (1–2 hours/month)
Premium Package:
40hr/month - $1,200 CAD
$30.00/hr
  • Everything in the Growth package
     
  • Advanced data tracking and reports — building custom spreadsheets, dashboards, or reports (up to 3 tracked areas/month)
     
  • SOP documentation — drafting or refining up to 2 standard operating procedures per month
     
  • Executive support — travel booking, expense reporting, and higher-level admin support (up to 3 hours/week)

  • Client and customer onboarding — setting up client files, contract prep, and welcome email sequences (up to 4/month)

  • Meeting coordination and follow-ups — preparing agendas, recording meeting notes, and managing follow-up items (up to 4 meetings/month)
