From job postings to document organization, I help you stay compliant, organized, and people-focused.

Essential Package:
10hr/month - $425 CAD
$42.50/hr
  • Job postings and applicant screening — writing and posting up to 2 job ads/month and reviewing applications
     
  • Employee document organization — maintaining up-to-date digital personnel files in shared storage
     
  • Onboarding checklist creation — building structured onboarding processes for new hires (up to 2 per month)
     
  • Basic HR compliance guidance — reviewing documentation for completeness and advising on general HR best practices
Growth Package:
20hr/month - $850 CAD
$42.50/hr
  • Everything in the Essential package
     
  • Interview coordination and candidate vetting — scheduling interviews and conducting initial screening calls (up to 4 candidates/month)
     
  • Employee handbook development — creating or updating basic workplace policies and guidelines (collaborative input)
     
  • Basic performance management — setting up templates and tools for performance tracking and employee feedback

  • Payroll and benefits tracking — logging updates and changes (does not include payroll submission or remittances)​​
Premium Package:
40hr/month - $1,600 CAD
$40.00/hr
  • Everything in the Growth package
     
  • HR policy creation and compliance support — drafting or refining workplace conduct, attendance, and remote work policies
     
  • Employee engagement strategies — creating simple feedback tools or surveys to support retention and culture building
     
  • Advanced performance management — developing long-term evaluation processes and growth plans for employees

  • Workplace conflict resolution — offering support in managing minor disputes through documentation and communication prep

  • Full cycle recruitment management — managing job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up for up to 2 roles/month
